What are the different types of tickets available?

Can I purchase tickets at the venue

Tickets are not available for purchase on site.

All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Is it necessary to buy a ticket for the person assisting me

Guests who require assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for the companion/caregiver. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential that you have a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with the necessary documentation.

What are the age requirements to participate in the event

All guests must be at least 8 years old to participate. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Can I sit next to my friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all come together and you all have tickets for the same area. We advise you to arrive on time and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's easy: click "Transfer Tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, please feel free to contact us indicating the ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store o Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make your purchase.

You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation e-mail.

Modifying Tickets

Can I change my ticket?

Based on availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. If so, please contact us indicating the ID of the ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&CS.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to participate in the experience.

When can I return the ticket?

With the flexible refund ticket, you can get a full refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please note that the ticket is non-refundable if transferred to another user.

What documents do I need to submit to receive refund?

No documentation is required to apply for refund.

This experience takes place indoors in a heated venue.

The venue is a 2-minute walk from the Materdei Metro station.

No animals are allowed, except for assistance animals.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

The phone must be in silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as instructed by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert to be assigned a seat in the purchased area. The concert will start on time, and the audience should already be seated early. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, in case of late arrival, entry to the performance will not be allowed.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will notify you in advance via email.
